Job would include prepping spaces for incoming tenants and all sorts of odds and ends for a commercial property with five floors.

Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years experience in Adobe Photoshop
- knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, or similar vector graphics program
- knowledge of 3D Studio Max, or similar 3D graphics program is helpful
- skills in animation/cartooning, knowledge of animation process
- knowledge of 4 color print process a plus (screen printing, vinyl printing)
- must have a good sense of humor

Skills/Experience:
- ability to lift 50 lbs.
- ability to communicate over the phone effectively

Overall Purpose of Role:
- maintaining existing remote Linux servers without a graphical interface
- maintaining existing remote network topologies
- maintaining existing remote databases
- maintaining existing Microsoft Windows servers
- installation and configuration of new servers to remote locations
- diagnosing connection problems remotely
Skills/Experience:
- simple Linux system administration from the console
- stock Linux networking tools (ifconfig, etc)
- SQL knowledge, PostgreSQL a plus, MSSQL Express helpful
- Bash, Perl, or Python scripting a plus
- strong knowledge of networks, ssh, VPNs are a plus
- ability to communicate over the phone effectively

- responsible for implementing and maintaining new features within client applications and sever backends
- integrating generated code into other similar client applications
- designing and implementing new ideas for both clients and servers
Skills/Experience:
- C / ASM for client applications
- C with a Unix background from primary server daemons
- C# / VB 6.0 for secondary server daemons and client applications
- SQL knowledge a plus
- Embedded knowledge a plus
